Note: This Job is Office Based (E-11 Markaz Islamabad) we don't offer remote job. Apply for this job only if you can commute to the office location daily

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Islamabad office. This is a full-time role with a Monday to Saturday work schedule, encompassing 8-hour shifts.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Promptly responding to customer’s inquiries via email, social media, and phone,
  • Utilizing our structured resources. Timely completion of tasks to meet daily targets is crucial.
  • Building strong connections with customers, demonstrating patience, and effectively handling incoming queries are key aspects of the role.
  • You'll be responsible for redirecting inquiries to the relevant departments within the company.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • We are looking for someone passionate about customer engagement, dedicated to finding solutions, and capable of meeting both personal and team objectives. Reliability, trustworthiness.

Hours:

Working Shifts will be between 09:00 am-6:00 pm.

Requirements:

This role would suit a candidate who has e-commerce customer service experience, you will benefit from excellent benefits and progression.

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
